Abstract:

Algorithm for estimation of acceptable mixing ratio variations of solid solutions is represented. Numerical estimates have been obtained for the cases of using LiGaSe1-xSx solid solutions in the second harmonic generators and optical parametric oscillators, and for the general case of three-frequency interactions in the same crystal. The estimates obtained are presented in a graphical form.
