Abstract:
The paper deals with the influence of particles optical activity degree on light scattering characteristics. The results of numerical analysis of the resonance structure in the dependence of absorption and extinction coefficients on the diffraction parameter of particles are presented. Along with the features typical for passive particles there are shown some peculiarities inherent for optically active materials.
