Abstract:
The effect of different factors (accuracy in assigning a matrix of absorption coefficients, a model of water-vapor continuous absorption, and a random measuring error) on the accuracy of reconstructing the values of gas concentration from the data of opto-acoustic (OA) measurements is analyzed. The results of numerical simulation and processing of real signals of an OA gas analyzer with a CO2 laser are presented.
