Abstract:

In this paper we have justified the necessity to use the restriction publishing constraints of spectral data in relation to expert data. The physical restrictions on vacuum wavenumbers used in the process of information sources decomposition according to primary published data have been described. We have also shown that HITRAN and GEISA data banks contain outdated data (low precision data on vacuum wavenumbers' measurements). Spectral intervals, in which the data quality is not high enough for usage spectroscopic applications, have been defined as well.
