Abstract:

The efficiency of the wave front correction for the arrival angles fluctuations, and for the defocusing of its phase occurring in the turbulent medium is assessed in the paper. The device measuring the momenta of the field intensity distribution at the focal plane of a lens is used as a wave front sensor. The influence of the phase correction delay time caused by the finiteness of the whole adaptive system frequency band is analyzed in the paper.
