Abstract:

Some peculiarities of a laser cavity with the diffraction gratings of unequal lengths are considered for the cases of homogeneous and inhomogeneous filling of the gratings with radiation. The conditions, under which the system efficiency is high, are determined. It is also shown that the non-cophased position of gratings of both equal and different lengths does no affect the selectivity parameters of a laser.
