Abstract:
The results of the long-term (1980-1987) continuous spectroscopic measurements on the vertical profiles of the mean CO2 concentration over the north coast of Lake Issyk-Kul (Kirghizia) are reported. Also presented are the altitude distributions of the CO2 concentration monitored by an airborne opto-acoustic gas analyzer in air samples collected at different heights and in different seasons from 1982 through 1985. The data obtained from ground-based integrated spectroscopic observations and airborne in situ measurements are in good agreement.
