Abstract:
An information-interactive problem-oriented system designed for processing data from remote sounding of the atmosphere and underlying surface in atmospheric windows is discussed. The proposed sofware allows atmospheric extinction coefficient, transmittance function, optical depth, and radiation intensity of the "atmosphere - underlying surface" system and its components under standard conditions and in broken cloudiness to be computed in the interactive regime. The system in question is flexible and open-ended as it represents a set of similarly structured programme blocks.
