Аннотация:
Представлен обзор по современным проблемам, связанным с тропосферным озоном. Рассмотрены следующие вопросы: свойства и роль озона в природных процессах; физико-химические свойства озона; единицы измерения озона; оптические характеристики озона; радиационные эффекты озона; воздействие озона на живые организмы и объекты окружающей среды, включая воздействие озона на человека, животных, растения, материалы; использование озона в положительных целях; техника безопасности при работе с озоном.
