Sensitivity improvement of Raman gas analyzer using the multireflection optical system and compression of gas media has been studied. It was shown that both methods have high efficiency. However, when gas is compressed it is necessary to take into account the position and form of changes of Q-branches for the molecular vibrational bands and changes of their differential cross sections. The methods of subsequent sensitivity improvement of Raman gas analyzer are given.
