The model for fast estimation of high-power pulse CO2-laser radiation attenuation along ground paths under conditions of haze, fog, drizzle, and rain is proposed. The model is based on the idea that physical processes of radiation interaction with aerosol under laboratory conditions are adequate to that under field conditions. This idea was verified by remote acoustic measurements.
