Abstract:

An exact solution of the system of two linearized hydrodynamic equations describing generation of the optoacoustic signal in gases was obtained neglecting only the time derivative of excess pressure in the thermal conductivity equation. In addition to the thermal diffusion (thermal conductivity), the time length of excited molecules relaxation process at laser pulse light energy transformation into heat and diffusion of excited molecules from lighted region is considered in the given solution.
