Abstract:

The paper presents an analysis for frequency dependence of energy losses for a spatially limited beam under conditions of strong saturation. The results obtained are in good agreement with the experimental data and allow us to demonstrate a detailed picture of a beam evolution in a resonance-absorbing medium.
