Abstract:

The paper presents one of the possible approaches to the solution of problems on forecasting the optical state of the atmospheric channel. First some preliminary calculations are made to assess temporal variations of the optically active atmospheric constituents. Then these data are used for making calculations of the forecast assessments of the optical characteristics of the atmospheric channel, the latter being used as an information basis for the remote sensing systems.
